His career has focused on global markets in telecommunications and oil & gas, as well as asset management and private equity. Stefano has also held senior positions at Italtel, Lucent, and Nettest. With extensive experience, he has built strong relationships with top executives at major oil producers like ENI, CNPC, and Socar. Stefano successfully facilitated numerous deals in China and the USA and is now the CEO of Complus Systems Group.

Carlo Paul Kuhn, a Swiss national, serves as the Managing Director of Complus Systems Group in Italy and Switzerland, overseeing the Group's EMEA operations. Prior to this role, Carlo held director positions at companies such as ASCOM, MOTOROLA, and ITALTEL. He brings extensive expertise and experience in the financial and banking sector.

Barry F. Haugh, a U.S. citizen, serves as the Managing Director of Complus Trading North America, LLC, operating in Texas and Virginia. Prior to joining Complus Trading North America, LLC, Barry worked in logistics management for air and ground freight, significantly contributing to the development of UPS’s air freight system. He also helped establish operations in multiple cities east of the Mississippi River for UPS. With over 30 years of management experience, Barry uses his skills in logistics, customer service, and sales to drive successful transactions.

Brad Mothersbaugh is a seasoned accountant with over 35 years of experience. He has worked as a Controller for a publicly traded international subsea construction company, overseeing daily accounting operations, monthly closings, and quarterly financial reporting in line with internal management, corporate governance, and SEC requirements. He has expertise in financial restatements, SEC filings, due diligence reporting, and accounting research for oil and gas acquisitions and litigation projects. With skills spanning the oil and gas, real estate, and professional services industries, his prior roles include Senior Advisory Specialist at Opportune, Crude Oil Global Trading Analyst at Chevron/Texaco, and Public Accountant and GL Controller at Caltex/American Overseas Petroleum.

Fausto has served as CEO for various Italian companies in the textile and commercial markets. For five years, he was Chairman of the Board of a European-owned bank in Liberia, established to ensure EU-quality financial services for European companies investing there. In 2009, the bank was sold to PHB (Platinum Habib Bank Group).

Jun Wang, a Chinese citizen, has been living in Helsinki, Finland, for 15 years. With over 20 years of experience in trading, project finance, and the energy industry across Europe and Asia, he has developed a unique management style that helps him spot and nurture business opportunities in multicultural settings. Leveraging his long-standing relationships and high-level connections in China, Jun acts as Complus Systems Group's main link to SOE buyers in China and the APAC market.

Highly accomplished and results-driven Sales & Marketing Director with 10+ years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technologies and niche chemical sales. Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales plans for sustainable, ecological well solutions (e.g., soap sticks/surfactants) that maximize gas well productivity and meet environmental compliance standards. Expert in high-value contract negotiation, key account management, and leading technical sales teams to exceed revenue targets.

In my law practice, I focused on plaintiff's trial work, particularly federal tort claims, handling all stages of litigation from claim assessment and investigation to trials and appeals. Most of my work took place in Federal District Court in Great Falls, presided over by Judge Hatfield and Judge Molloy. As the Justice of the Peace for Glacier County for over 25 years, I managed a wide variety of civil and criminal cases. I gained significant experience in legal research, writing judgments (over 25,000 cases), court administration, budgeting, collaborating with County Commissioners and the County Attorney’s office, interacting with the public, and supervising clerks and staff. I also successfully conducted election campaigns and handled matters such as issuing search warrants, sentencing, conducting jury and non-jury trials, and drafting judgments for cases heard in my court. As a lecturer at International University Concordia Audentes, Tallinn Technical University, and Tallinn University, I have been recognized for excellence in my teaching career.
